Adult Learn to Swim
Our Adult Learn to Swim Program is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level swimmers looking to acquire the necessary swimming skills, looking to improve their stroke techniques or improve their swimming personal bests. Our qualified coaches will work with you to achieve your personal goals.
Swimming is a complete form of exercise and requires swimmers to use all of the major muscle groups in the body, as well as the cardio-respiratory system. Swimming provides low impact on the body’s major joints; in that respect, it is a very safe sport. Besides, swimming is an excellent way to relax and get away from the daily grind.
Level 1
This class is perfect for swimmers with no prior swimming experience. The aim is to develop water familiarization and to learn the fundamental swimming skills.
Level 2
This class is designed for swimmers with fundamental swimming skills to further develop the four-stroke techniques (Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke, Butterfly) and start establishing breathing techniques and arm strokes.
Level 3
This class is excellent for swimmers with knowledge of strokes and breathing techniques who are looking to refine skills, build endurance, and further develop basic competitive swim techniques.
